San Francisco Cyclists Under Close Examination After Pedestrian Accident Last Month

After a tragic cycling accident last month, San Francisco bicyclists are under close analysis when it comes to abiding by the rules of the road.  A 68-year-old woman was hit and killed by a cyclist while in the crosswalk at Mission and Embarcadero Streets on July 15th. The cyclist has yet to be charged.
